Euroheat once again lead the industry with a 5 year warranty on all its Wood box technology Efel range of cast iron stoves and inserts. This includes the Harmony 13, 23, 33, 43, Stanford 13, 23, 33 SP23, SP33, C 23, 33, 43 range and Inserts IN13, IT13 and IT33. All new Efel stove installations now have the benefit of our parts warranty, which covers 5 years from the date the stove was purchased or its history date. If during this period, any cast iron components of the stove including the grate, the steel combustion chamber or the Plexus air inlet system are found to suffer from a manufacturing fault Euroheat will replace these parts.
The warranty requires the stove to be installed by a registered competent person and the warranty to be registered with Euroheat. The warranty does not include labour or shipping costs.
