A business update from Euroheat

Following the announcement recently of the retirement of Mike and Simon, it has been a busy time for us all, here is a brief update on what has been happening.

Continued supply of product ranges

We have been working hard with all our suppliers to ensure the continued supply of our product ranges into the UK after we have closed.

Although full details have not been totally finalised, we can assure you that new routes to market have been identified and worked through for all our ranges to ensure the uninterrupted availability of products after we have closed.

Supply of HDG and SHT biomass boilers and spare parts

We are very pleased to announce that Tom Webb and his company will provide continuity of supply of HDG and SHT biomass boilers and spare parts into the UK.

This will provide seamless accessibility of our biomass products which is particularly important for all our customers who have installed our boilers and require ongoing expertise, knowledge and support.

Servicing of HDG and SHT boilers

Adrien Castanet, our experienced and qualified Euroheat biomass engineer, along with his colleagues, will be continuing to service and maintain HDG and SHT boilers, as well as other brands.

Business as usual until end February 2017

The intention is for the Euroheat business to close for invoicing at the end of February 2017, until then we remain open, and it’s “business as usual” for us all. We will keep you updated with any further developments.

To place your order log on to your Partner Account at and proceed to create your order and pay for the order using our secure payment gateway. Please note payment of the order does not guarantee stock is available, this will be confirmed by a separate email from our Sales Team.

Alternatively, please send your order to An email containing a proforma invoice will then be sent to you confirming stock availability, the discounted prices and delivery charges.

Please be advised that if you have any outstanding balance on your Partner Account with us this must be settled prior to us being able to despatch any orders for you.

The best way to ensure stock is available is to place your order via our website After you have placed your order and it has been processed by Euroheat you will receive a stock confirmation email. The web site order acknowledgement is not confirmation of stock allocation.

If you order via email, we will send you a proforma which will only be valid for one working day. After that point the stock will be released back into our system for other customers to order. You will need to ensure a BACS payment is completed within that time or card payment made directly with Euroheat.

No order will be processed until any current credit amount has been cleared.

Although stock might list as available on the website due to operational pressures this cannot be confirmed until you receive stock availability acknowledgement, which is
separate to the web site order confirmation. If, in the unlikely situation stock is not available, an alternative will be offered. If this does not suit, the original monies will be returned.
