Fuelling chamber size 345 litres
The minimum size of the accumulator at least 5000 litres.
Wood burning boiler, type-tested according to DIN 4702 and DIN 4751-2, certified according to EU Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC. Falls under the limit values specified by 1.BImSchV. Pressure-tested, welded boiler body made of 5-10 mm tested boiler steel plating, sheet steel boiler lining, powder-coated in green (RAL 6011) or yellow (RAL 1007), 80 mm glass wool insulation, preassembled, safety heat dump fitted as standard.
Rear flue connection, 300mm OD. Flow and return 80mm 3“ flange fitting. Fill and expansion 1 1/2“, drain 1“.
The fuelling chamber 345-litre capacity, Wood firing regulator, automatic air flap locking when filling hatches are opened, adaptation to fuel type through primary and secondary air, boiler thermometer, filling hatch on top with convenient lever for easy opening, smoulder-gas suction channel prevents flue gas escaping when refilling, special cast cladding in the firing area, special vortex combustion chamber for wood, designed for the highest demands.Cleaning for top heating surfaces from above, grate emptying lever and movable grate for quick and dust-free ash removal, cleaning doors for ash and fly ash available on right or left.Supplied with cleaning kit, ash box, installation/operating manuals.
Flue size
300mm external fit to outside of flue spigot. With flue fan fitted the flue connection is vertical, other wise horizontal.
Accumulator nipple size
If single accumulator is to be utilized due to the high kW output of the Bavaria 125 the accumulator must be fitted with DN65mm connections x 3 and 2 x DN65mm connections to heating system. (Specify at time of order). If two or more accumulators are used due to the connection being by reverse return, standard accumulator nipple size can be used.
RA 2 Controller
Flue gas sensor E1 switches the circulating pump on at 80° C. The 3-way mixing valve in the return Y1 is set for circulation through the boiler. If the boiler return temperature E3 reaches 57°C the bypass partially closes and heat can be transferred to the accumulator. The minimum required temperature is always maintained at the boiler. If the flue gas temperature E1 drops below 80°C again, and the boiler flow temperature E2 drops below 80°C, the circulating pump switches off and the 3-way mixing valve Y1 closes.By adding Y2 accumulator loading valve with emersion sensor T2 priority is given to the upper section of the accumulator enabling heat to be transferred quickly to the heating requirements. Once T2 reaches set temperature normally around 75 deg, Y2 swops to load the remainder of the accumulator.
